Genesis Comfort Care offers a unique home care program, that is focused on the personal needs and individual preferences of the client and their family. Our team diligently ensures your loved one is always receiving the highest level of care by learning and understanding the care recipient’s routine, challenges, and home environment. We work based on a client centered care perspective ensuring that client’s have input and approval of their personal care plan. We maintain an open channel of communication with the extended family for a total peace of mind. At Genesis Comfort Care of Waterloo Region, Guelph and West Grey County, we provide the same high-quality care that we would provide to our own loved ones.
Our target clients are seniors who need assistance with daily living activities such as Personal Care, Companionship, Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Medication Reminder, Respite Care, Hospital to Home, Daily Care, Hourly Care and more. We are pleased to care for seniors who live at home, with family, in retirement communities, nursing homes, long term care centres, or in the hospital.
All of our caregivers are employees of our company, not licensed contractors and are bonded, licensed, and insured. To become a part of the family, caregivers must also pass a thorough background and reference check and we require all caregivers to attend senior care training with our highly educated staff where they learn and have ongoing access to courses to enhance the way the deliver care.
